The Revitalist
The Revitalist is intended to be a lively, ongoing discussion about adaptive reuse, urban revitalization, economic development, planning and city living. Our goal is to get everyone involved: developers, designers, municipal representatives and community members. The site is created for everyone, and all are welcome to participate.

The Revitalist will be regularly updated with stories about AHF’s ongoing redevelopment projects and about issues and trends that catch our eyes. We want to get the word out about the great work AHF is doing and have a discussion with you, the reader, about what you want to see happening in your own communities.

Architectural Heritage Foundation
The goal of Architectural Heritage Foundation is to create socially responsible development projects that not only provide economic returns, but also genuine community benefits. AHF is a non-profit real estate development firm specializing in the residential, commercial and mixed-use adaptive reuse of historic structures. AHF utilizes its non-profit status to bring building owners, municipalities and investors together to create economically viable development projects that contribute to both urban revitalization and community preservation. We work collaboratively to create places where people want to live and work and to integrate these places with the planning goals of the surrounding community.
